Bush Sr Left Clinton a Note Before Stepping Down and It’s Awesome

On January 20, 1993, Bill Clinton assumed presidency after winning the elections. He won with 43.0 percent of the vote beating his opponents then president George H.W. Bush (Republican) with 37.4 percent, and billionaire and populist Ross Perot (independent) with 18.9 percent of the votes.
